SSOM-3576-K1 SoM with RK3576 on sale
A 69.6 × 43 mm SoM with a 260-pin edge connector. It has 4× Cortex-A72 + 4× Cortex-A53 up to 2.2 GHz and an NPU of up to 6 TOPS (INT8), decodes 8K@30 and 4K@120 and encodes 4K@60. Industrial I/O includes dual GbE, 2× PCIe 2.1, USB 3.0, 2× SATA and 2× CAN FD. It operates from -20 to 75 °C and supports Linux and Android.
iCore-3576Q SoM with RK3576 on sale
A low-power core board with the RK3576 (4× Cortex-A72 + 4× Cortex-A53 up to 2.2 GHz, Mali-G52 MC3). Its 6 TOPS NPU handles INT4 to TF32 and its two cores can work together or separately. It decodes 4K@120fps and encodes 4K@60fps, outputs HDMI 2.1 (4K@120fps), eDP and DP 1.4, supports UFS 2.0 and PCIe NVMe/SATA storage, and runs Android 14, Linux, Buildroot and RTLinux.
